Larry Levine Federal Custody Resume'

Files Class Action Habeas Corpus Against Bureau of Prisons

In 2005, Levine, was incarcerated at the former Nellis Federal Prison Camp on Nellis Air
Force base outside of Las Vegas, Nevada, and upon its closure was moved along with
several hundred other white-collar inmates, to the gang infested higher security La Tuna
Federal Prison in El Paso, on the Texas-Mexican Border. While at La Tuna, Levine
single-handedly, filed a Federal Class Action Habeas Corpus Lawsuit in U.S. District Court
against the Department of Justice and Bureau of Prisons, claiming that the DOJ had
violated its own policies by sending the Nellis inmates to higher custody. Due to Levine's
actions, the DOJ was forced to act and subsequently shifted hundreds of its inmates
around the country to conform to the lawsuit's claims.

Prison Consultant Profile

Prior to entering custody Larry Jay Levine had worked as a
Private Investigator in Los AngeIes, California. In August
1998, Levine was arrested by a Federal Organized Crime
Task Force for securities fraud, obstruction of justice,
narcotics trafficking, and possession of automatic
weapons, and ultimately served a ten year sentence in
Federal Custody. After being deemed a threat to the
community and denied bail, he spent the next 21 months
inside the Federal Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in
Los Angeles, where he began assisting his fellow inmates
in their defense, by reviewing prosecutorial discovery for
inaccuracies, researching case law, Indictments, PSR's
and Plea Agreements, and giving overall advise in criminal
defense related strategies and possible sentencing
departures.

Post Sentencing - Federal Incarceration

After sentencing in May 2000 by U.S. District Judge Carlos R. Moreno in the Central
District of California, Levine served his remaining time in 11, high, medium, low, and
minimum security Federal Correctional Institutions in California, Arizona, Texas, Nevada,
and Oklahoma, where he continued assisting inmates file Bureau of Prison administrative
remedies and Habeas Corpus petitions, while continuing to self educate himself in Federal
Criminal Law.

Forms American Prison Consultants

Upon being released in April 2007, Levine formed American Prison Consultants and later
Wall Street Prison Consultants, and began offering his knowledge, advise and services
on the RDAP program, sentence reductions, prison survival skills, Bureau of Prison
Policies and Procedures, and on how to navigate the complex world of the Criminal
Justice System to lawyers, pre-trial inmates and their families.
